Chongwe River Camp in the lower Zambezi, Zambia, will open a purpose-built bush camp in July on Tsika Island.
It will allow visitors to experience a two- to five-day canoe safari along the lower Zambezi.
Tsika is located about 35 kilometres upstream from Chongwe and offers three bush rooms with en-suite facilities.
Rates will be the same as for the standard tents and the community development charge will not apply.
