Sabi Sands Game Reserve has announced that it will extend the closing time of its gates on June 23.
This is to accommodate the possible late return of guests attending the World Cup soccer match on that date at the Mbombela Stadium. The match is scheduled to start at 20h30.
Only guests granted an extension will, however, be allowed into the reserve and the industry is urged to inform the relevant lodge which guests will require an extension. Only guests whose details appear on the pre-registered list will be granted late access to the reserve.
The gate closing time will be extended to 01h00 on the morning of June 24.
