SAA announced on Wednesday the appointment of Siza Mzimela as the airline's new CEO.

Siza, the current CEO of SA Express, will take on the new position from Monday next week.

Chris Smyth has been SAA's acting CEO since the suspension of former chief executive, Khaya Ngqula, and will continue to work for the airline as general manager for operations.
